Re-introduction into a new social life at this stage in life can be frightening.

Making a transition, coping with change gets even harder the more we age. Difficult conversations require strategic communication that is near impossible for a close family member to deliver. I provide skilled support to help cope with new environments, caregivers and new social situations.

I introduce the conflict conversation with guidance, honest caring and an undeniable respect for autonomy. I have found that by making house calls and providing strategic support, families benefit by getting through the crisis transition as humanely as possible. Even those in assisted living or skilled nursing homes benefit from transitional coaching.
